Lettings are booked at an hourly rate£10 hour, which includes heating and use of the following facilities:

• Comfortable chairs
• Folding tables
• Coffee tables
• Use of the kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge
• AV and PA system
• Childrens tables and chairs
